- Send in payment at a later date via check (or multiple checks)
- Have a check sent at a later date from your business office or Foundation
- Make a wire transfer
- Make stock/securities transfer
- Bring in cash
- Do not use this form if you plan to pay via credit card in 1 or more payments. Choose Make a Monthly Pledge form to right.

Choose this option if you want to make your 2024-25 AFD pledge and:
- Use your credit card to set up consecutive monthly installment payments
- Do not use this form if you plan to pay via check in 1 or more payments. Choose Make a Pledge form to left.
